Chris de Bode

Chris de Bode was born in 1965. He is a self-taught photographer. He made his first photos as a mountaineering instructor. By travelling all over the world he developed himself as a talented photojournalist. His work has been published in several Dutch, German, French, UK and USA based magazines. He won prices at the Dutch Zilveren Camera awards, World Press Photo and Association of Photographers, especially with his work on Cycling competitions in France, Eritrea, Cuba and other countries. In 2008 his book Tour du Monde is published. You can look at his photos in an exhibition in De Kunsthal in Rotterdam.
